Shipping policy
Last updated: March 12, 2026
Introduction
At PRYNTY.CO and PRYNTY.CA, operated by CRASCO Inc. (collectively, "PRYNTY"), we operate a highly optimized, automated print distribution network. This policy outlines the logistical parameters, routing procedures, and liability boundaries governing all physical shipments.
1. Fulfillment Routing and Transit Architecture
PRYNTY utilizes a dynamic, two-tier fulfillment network to balance transit speed with premium brand experiences:
- Standard Manufacturing (Drop-Shipping):Â Standalone or low-tier print orders are manufactured and blindly drop-shipped directly from our centralized commercial printing facilities to the end user. This minimizes transit times and accelerates delivery.
- Premium Bundles and Bespoke Kitting:Â High-tier orders and curated Business Kits are structurally routed through our Calgary, Alberta fulfillment node. This deliberate diversion allows our team to apply premium, hand-finished unboxing materials (e.g., custom tape, wax seals). Customers acknowledge that this enhanced service adds 2 to 3 business days to standard transit timelines.
2. Transit Timelines and Carrier Delays
Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are approximations calculated by integrated third-party carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, Canada Post). PRYNTY explicitly disclaims liability for carrier-induced delays caused by weather, logistical bottlenecks, or peak season volumes.
- Event-Driven Deadlines:Â We strongly advise placing orders well in advance of hard-deadline events (e.g., trade shows, grand openings). PRYNTY is not liable for consequential damages, lost revenue, or operational disruptions resulting from print materials arriving after a specified date.
3. Shipping Costs and Cross-Border Transit
Shipping algorithms calculate costs dynamically at checkout based on payload weight, dimensions, and regional nodes.
- US & Canadian Distribution:Â We leverage regional manufacturing pipelines to minimize border friction. Orders placed via PRYNTY.CO are predominantly manufactured within or routed cleanly into the United States ("Printing for All 50 States"), minimizing customs intervention.
- International Customs & Duties:Â For delivery jurisdictions outside of our standard domestic zones, the Customer is solely responsible for clearing shipments and paying any assessed import taxes, tariffs, or duties upon arrival. Abandoned packages due to unpaid duties are ineligible for refunds.
4. Transfer of Title and Risk of Loss
All physical transactions are executed Free on Board (FOB) Shipping Point. Legal title and risk of loss transfer directly to the Customer the moment the parcel is scanned into the possession of the originating third-party carrier. PRYNTY is not strictly liable for "Porch Piracy" (packages marked as "Delivered" but stolen from the destination premises).
5. Damaged Shipments and Missing Parcels
If an order is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged due to carrier mishandling, the Customer must formally initiate a claim.
- Damage Reporting: As stipulated in our Return and Refund Policy, claims for transit damage must be submitted to legal@prynty.co within forty-eight (48) hours of the carrier’s delivery timestamp and include comprehensive photographic evidence of the external packaging prior to opening.
- Lost in Transit:Â If a package exceeds its expected delivery window by seven (7) business days without a tracking update, contact us to initiate a carrier trace and secure a viable remedy (such as an expedited reprint).
6. Order Modifications and Address Corrections
Due to our API-driven, instant-ingestion manufacturing architecture, orders move directly to production upon payment confirmation.
- No Transit Diversions:Â We are unable to execute address changes, shipping speed upgrades, or routing modifications once an order has been ingested into our network. Ensure all destination data is perfectly accurate at the time of checkout. Any secondary shipping costs incurred due to invalid customer-provided addresses will be billed to the Customer.
